Experience and Excellence

Lucy ButtersHaving worked to develop leadership, business communication skills and the potential of people from over 80 countries around the world, Lucy Butters knows that small changes in how we interact and communicate can lead to really positive impacts. She established elembee, in 2010, to enhance individual potential, leadership, teamwork, organisational partnerships and the internationalisation strategies of the education, public and private sectors.

A qualified trainer since 2002, Lucy has experience working in research and teaching (universities of Aberdeen and Hertfordshire) and supporting the sector in their international ambitions from roles working for the British Council. It was working to develop leaders across UK and 9 countries in Near East and North Africa that re-engaged Lucy with her passion for training and development and led to the creation of elembee.

Her strengths are in building awareness, knowledge and confidence, in cultural intelligence and the communication and interaction skills which enable individuals to take actions which support them become more effective.

I find Lucy’s approach to coaching very helpful. I appreciate her wisdom and sensitivity. I’m now at the stage where I’m incorporating things I have learned from our coaching work into my everyday work life. Outstanding.
